So I had a dream last night...

 

I'm walking around campus and come up to this crowd watching USA vs. Ghana in the World Cup. USA just scores to the tune of 7-7 in the 81st minute. Somewhere in all the madness my mind shifts and now I'm in the game on the field. It's not to long after where we get a counter attack chance. Donovan sprints down the left side and lays it off to me at the top of the 18. I try and trap it to set up a shot but on my first touch I fail and chip it up in the air. Altidore before lacing into the ball says something to me that bears no repeating. The shot is a scorcher flying upper 90 until Brad Guzman playing keeper while on attack (FIFA?) saves the shot with his hands only so he could finish! Still no call by the referee, the Ghana goalie initially saves Guzman's shot and then bobbles it on the way to the ground. Donovan toe pokes it in for the game winner and everyone including the USA players are silently stunned. I could hear the British or Irish announcer say, "SURELY!....SURELY! THE GAME CAN'T END LIKE THIS." The referee had no idea what happened and USA goes onto win 8-7.
