Americans arent fat as fug by coincidence. Our food quality and approach to eating is at the bottom of the 1st and 2nd world nations.

That is my main problem too. That and Chick-fil-a are the only two food vices I have left.

The other problem with this diet for me is that I live in CO, so seafood is severally lacking in quality.

Our most recent ancestors were far more herbivore than carnivores and most of our physical features related to food consumption and digestion reflect that.

But as you point out, we have adaptations to overcome a lot of that.

We are FAR MORE in the "herbivore direction" than "carnivore direction." Our teeth are examples of those typically used by primary herbivores. But that doesn't mean we have to be herbivores. However, it's patently false to claim our teeth suggest we're "meant to eat meat." That's not true at all.

Eat meat if you want to.  Don't if you don't want to.

Cam can afford to have all his meals prepared and really go out on it. It'd be Expensive for someone as big as him to hit his macros and calories eating only fish, because you don't want to just eat whiting.

If cooked to perfection, I could live on a fish diet... However, if undercooked, it is gross and my tastebuds scream out "Where the fug is the beef or chicken dumbass?"

 

The great thing about fish is, is you can't really overcook it unless you absolutely go out of your way to char it.
