I get iron poor and nothing gives me immediate energy like a lean tenderloin

Then I would say do more research, there are better things you can eat to get iron; but iron is the best you get from red meat. Problem is you get a lot bad.

A lean tenderloin is a great food to eat, but when we are talking diets (consistent eating habits), for otherwise healythy individuals (not older, or iron poor)...people eat it too much, way too much in the USA....plenty of proof for that.

This is healthy... short term. No high level athelete should be without meat.. Look at Foster.. who after years of being Veg is starting to break down.. You are NOT as strong as you are eating meat. Thats fact not fad.

Hopefully this is just to clean his system and not permanent. Humans are made to consume protein. Regardless of you high class wine n cheesers your high dollar veg burgers are not as real as a grass fed beef burger. GET THE BIG MAN A STEAK.

You have no idea what you're talking about.

So am I. Mecury is not an issue because you don't eat fish every single meal, you just eat it occasionally as a means fufill meat nutrient requirements. Fish, raw vegetables, fruits, complex carbs and clean grains with no sugar.

I still don't understand why people put complete poo into their bodies. Red meat is fuging discusting and it complete;y worthless and harmful for your body. Anything you gain from it like iron or vit B can easily be had with other meals. And no it is not a fact you need meat. Even athletes should only have red meat about once a week, if that. Again, there are so many plants on vegetables on this planet that can give you anything meat can.

Look, a food snob.

I will eat a hamburger in your honor.

I'm with you dude. I mean if we were designed to eat only vegetables why in the world do I have these pesky flesh cutting teeth in my head? Should I have them pulled? They are obviously hurting my body by giving it means to masticate meat.

Err... You're kidding, right?

Hominid teeth are most decidedly in the herbivore direction as opposed to carnivore.  Our teeth are not really that good for "flesh cutting."

The teeth we have place us in the omnivore category not herbivore or carnivore.
