Does the highest seed per round maintain home field advantage?   So for instance if both the wildcards ended up in the conference champ. game.. seed 5 would get Home field?   (has that ever happned :?  )

There are 5 games left. Zona and SF are both just a game behind us. Zona has the tie breaker over us. One of these teams is guaranteed a fifth loss as they play each other last game of the year.

I didnt know if there was any scenario in the rule that flipped it.. .for example if seed 6 beats seed 1, or something crazy like that.

Yep. Panther fans should be familiar with that game. That was the NFC championship game that would have been played in Charlotte had the panthers beat the cards.

Exactly. For example I work on saturdays. IF we make the playoffs and depending on which seed, I've got to request those saturday game days asap.

if you guys keep it up...I recommend price line for a hotel in Seattle's downtown core.  If you select 4 star or better, you can't go wrong.  All walkable to all of downtown and the stadium.  expect to pay $130 - $150 per night.
