Moncrief and Watkins declare.

Ole Miss wide receiver Donte Moncrief has joined a lengthy list of players at his position declaring for early NFL draft eligibility, according to a Saturday night release by the school.

Clemson junior WR Sammy Watkins will declare for the NFL draft, according to Yahoo! Sports' Rand Getlin.

Watkins certainly had a great final performance, totaling 227 yards and two touchdowns on 16 receptions. He is clearly the draft's top receiver despite the depth of the position in this year's class. Watkins is extremely explosive and elusive after the catch but also wins at the catch point with strength.

Landry and Beckham Jr declares

Yahoo! Sports' Rand Getlin reports LSU junior WRs Jarvis Landry and Odell Beckham Jr. will enter the draft.

"Landry is expected to announce his pro intentions within the next 24 hours," Getlin writes, while Beckham Jr. started interviewing agents recently. The duo are productive and talented, and despite neither possessing a huge frame both do very well at the catch point in contested situations.

Clemson redshirt junior DB Bashaud Breeland will declare for the NFL draft, according to Yahoo! Sports' Rand Getlin.

It is a surprising name, since Breeland was not among the top names listed at the position at any point this season. The redshirt junior is not a longtime performer, starting 12 games before this season. He played in all but one contest this year.

Ohio State junior LB Ryan Shazier will enter the NFL draft, according to multiple media outlets.

The decision was expected, as Shazier has played at a high level for quite some time. He projects as a rangy linebacker for teams that covet a three down defender. He might be strictly a weakside player, but Shazier has improved as a blitzer this season and has length to attack blockers.

UCLA junior G Xavier Su'a-Filo has declared for the NFL draft.

Su'a-Filo turns 23 this month, which likely played into his decision. He played left tackle as a freshman then took a few years off due to a mission. He returned and alternated between tackle and guard. His home is on the inside.

Cal junior LB Khairi Fortt will enter the NFL draft.

Fortt is a Penn State transfer and left the school at the same time as Silas Redd. "One NFL scout, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, thinks the 6-foot-2, 240-pound Fortt has the makings of a solid NFL outside linebacker and could be ideal for a 3-4 defense," Kristian Dyer writes.

Clemson junior WR Martavis Bryant joined teammate Sammy Watkins by declaring for the NFL draft.

In a text message to beat writer Aaron Brenner, Bryant wrote "I have decided to enter the draft, it's best for me and my family." Bryant started the season slowly, losing opportunities at the catch point while dropping a few targets, but he progressed and started winning contested situations. That could be where he shines in the NFL, since he boasts a 6'5/200 pound frame.

Indiana junior WR Cody Latimer has signed with an agent and has declared for the NFL draft, according to draft insider Tony Pauline.

Latimer is reportedly training in Florida. Latimer hauled in 72 receptions for 1,096 yards and nine touchdowns this season and is listed at 6'3/206 pounds. There was some turnover at the quarterback position, but Latimer was arguably the school's best offensive player.

Yep. G-Man wants a terrifying rotation in Carolina too. Star and Short could very well be the beginning, not the end. Till this day, his words echo through my mind ("We're building a roster from the bottom-up"). Edwards and Cole are in their 30s. Hell, G-Man might even desire insurance policies for Hardy, Johnson, Star and Short this off-season too.

I would not be surprised to see G-Man draft another DT, DE and/or LB.

if he's thinking we can't keep Hardy, his history suggests a de early.

I understand, but I want ot/wr so bad I can't stand it.

Beat writer Paul Tenorio reports UCF redshirt junior QB Blake Bortles will declare for the NFL draft on Monday.

Bortles threw for 3,581 yards and 25 touchdowns with nine interceptions in 2014, with a 67.8 completion percentage. He added 272 yards and six touchdowns on the ground. Bortles has good size and strong pocket movement, and displayed the ability to lift the talent around him. His velocity did seem to dip this year compared to 2012.
