There are only 2 teams that concern me going forward.

Seattle in Seattle concerns me a lot more than Denver in NYC.  I would also be concerned with San Friancisco.  In my mind the top four Super Bowl contenders are Seattle, San Francisco, Carolina, and New England.

I could see the Saints also if they got there, but I do not think there is any chance in hell that they go to Seattle and beat them in January.  Should someone else do the deed for them, allowing them to play at home the whole way I think they could be added to the list.

I didn't wanna start a new thread for this, so this seems like the best place to ask this.

Wouldn't it be better for us in the long run if Saints beat Seattle? Hear me out!!!

That gives them two loses and they have to play the Cards without Browner & Thurmond. Could they lose two more games after the Saints?

(Of course sweeping the Saints would be absolutely necessary with this scenario & winning out......I think)

If we (Panthers & Seahawks) are both 12-4 or 13-3, is the tie breaker head to head or division record?

I will be routing hard for Seattle.

The reason being is because we need the Saints to drop this game. Don't want them coming into a prime time matchup with high amounts of confidence.  If the Saints have 3 losses I see us having really good chances at the division if we don't fug up against the Bucs Sunday.

We could possibly split with them and have the same amount of losses or we still have the chance of sweeping them, which I think is a good possibility. And they still have to go to Saint Louis which is no joke.

If SEA gets the #1 seed and we get the #2 we are guaranteed one home game. Worst case scenario we have to play in Seattle for the NFCC, but I could see New Orleans or Detroit or even Arizona going into SEA and upsetting them early, which would give us home field advantage.

Of course it woud be best if we win ou and Seattle finishes 2-3.  That is extremely unlikely though.  Also, if we donot win the division then it really does not matter what Seattle does.  I personally would rather we make sure to get a first round bye and a home game in the Divisional Playoff Round.

Agree. And I feel like if we get in we will play at Dallas and this is finally the year the Cowboys and Romo get their first round win.

It's funny you say that, because I've thought about Dallas too.  Dez Bryant is a bad match up for us.  I think if we played them 10 times this year we'd win 7 of them.  But there's the X factor of not knowing how we match up with their personnel because we never play each other anymore. That's what scares me.

If we can make Mike Wallace look like an all world player, then how's Dez Bryant going to look playing us?

I think it would behoove us to get our run game fixed before the playoffs.  We really need to develop the ability to run the ball more consistently.  Our best back by far this season has been Tolbert.  It really wouldn't bother me to see him more as a featured back in power run formations.  I can see him being used like Jerome Bettis was.

I just think that in the playoffs we need to limit the amount of time opposing offenses are on the field.  Fixing the run game is the best way.

We'll beat anyone when our run game is going.

How about you guys try making the playoffs first lol. This is the same attitude that made you come out flat as hell against the dolphins. You aren't invincible! Your quarterback and his awful reads scare nobody! Doesn't help you that our game is flexed to Sunday night in primetime where you will get smashed in the dome. First thing first is the Seadderall seabitches. Good luck Sunday vs the giraffe
