It's hypothetical, but I can kind of see it based on his arm strength and what he brings as a runner.  You saw how Manning, besides one good drive in the 4th, basically couldn't do anything in the cold last Sunday night.  Manning isn't weak, but he doesn't have the greatest arm strength and he offers nothing with his legs.
