The coaching staff in general. Rivera, Shula, McDermott. All of them taking heat earlier in the season and turning it around and making this team what they are. They had a vision and it is finally paying dividends. It is exciting to see what the future holds after a draft and an off season and a no nonsense GM at the helm.

Some of you mentioned Ginn. It's true he has probably given us more than we had a right to expect, but he still suffers from very inconsistent hands.

 

Going back and watching some of the games from the last few weeks, some of his critical drops have really hurt our offensive production. Yes, we're winning, but I'm not sure he is deserving of a long term commitment. I think we still need to look very hard at WR in the upcoming draft.

I'll give Robert Lester some props. That UDFA has been ballin this season. These unheralded gems are sometimes the missing pieces to perfect chemistry. I always enjoy when someone is given an opportunity to prove themselves, and they do it.
