It was Goldson, but he served his suspension this past week. That is my bad.

Goldson.  He should be back against you.  Yes, Revis missed the 2nd half...I don't know his status.

Tampa Bay just might be the best team in the NFL currently.

 

:) We only wish.  I'm really pleased with their improvement and think they are on their way for next year.

they remind me of us at the end of last year, found their groove, avoiding bad luck and playing tough and up to their potential.  they could very well be a 6-5 team right now.

Every game is a must win if we want any chance at the NFC South title.

I have to admit, the Bucs are playing a lot better since our last game. Glennon may just be that dude for them. I am hoping we get CJ back because it is definitely noticable when he is not playing. I think it will be a hard fought game that we come out on top. I just believe our team is on a mission right now. The attitude on this team is something I have been asking for years.

Tampa is playing much better. But to think they may be the best team in the nfl right now is crazy.

Buddy of mine is from Detroit and is up there for the holiday . He watched the game. Said it was a typical case of Detroit finding yet another way to lose a gaI me. TB did not look like a great team. Detroit QB decided to have another one if his games where he throws a half dozen interceptions.

 

Hatter,  we are NOT the best team, but are  a much improved good team and will be a contender next year.

 

I think your buddy was still smarting from the loss when he talked with you and did not give an unbiased view. 

 

At least 2 of the interceptions were great plays on the ball by the DB and not QB error.  They blocked a punt...it was not a give a way.  We did have some blind luck on 2 fumbles by them.  But if you were to watch the game without a slanted view you have to give props the the TB players for their improvement and toughness up in Detroit. 

 

We should play better in Carolina next game...I don't know if we win or are close yet, but it should be a good game.  We should beat New Orleans...we almost beat them the first time and match up well with them.

My hatred runs deep for the Bucs. Hope we shove it down their throats. 

 

This IS the "trap game" not the Dolphins game yesterday.

My thoughts (as useless as they maybe to you) center around the idea that this is going to be a tough game.  Like toughest of the year thus far.  Aside from the usual STOP the RUN, RUN the BALL that I usually spout off, I see a couple of bigish story lines for the day:

 

1.  Cam's accuracy & Receivers hands.  Got to throw and catch well to keep the ball rolling.

2.  Keep Cam from getting beat up.  No more helmets to the head guys.  TBs line is playing quite well right now.  They have to be slowed down.

3.  Defend the deep ball.  Can we protect our questionable back four?  I hope so!

4.  Get to Glennon!  He's played well, but like most young QBs, you hit him early and often, and good things happen for your D.

 

This is absolutely winnable for us, but this game can easily go TBs way.  They are playing well and they are hot.  We must cool them down.

I absolutely believe that you are a much improved team and that you have way too much talent to have started 0-8.  It is impressive that your team did not roll over and quit on their coach (cough, cough, Falcons).  I fully expect a tough game this Sunday....Panthers and Bucs always play each other tough. 

 

It will be physical and it will be a close game.

 

Still think the Panthers have too much for the Bucs....but we shall see.
