Tolbert injury

It's painfully obvious that:

1. Williams and possibly Stewart should be axed minutes after the last whistle sounds for our season.

2. RB is a major need for this team.

Or maybe you just walked out of the woods after years of not following the fact our OL is playing backups of backups of backups at key run blocking positions as well as missing our best blocker at TE. Stewart ran for 4.4...not too shabby.

You're kidding, right?

Stewart isn't going anywhere. Him and Tolbert are going to be here for 2014. They still get yards despite our O-Line being mediocre.

OT is a major need, not RB. Get your eyes checked.

Sure, and Steve Smith is still a # 1 receiver.

Tolbert is the only back on this team that should feel safe.

DeAngelo (carries for no gain) is as good as gone. Stewart's on the fence.

Stewart and DWill had the exact same yards. Wtf you guys are seeing in Stew that is different than DWill is beyond me. Neither one has been able to do much behind our crappy line.

Stewart did it with a yard plus more a cary. Do you even watch the game? I have no favorite but how can you not notice what happens in the game?

How is he on the fence? Stewart has appeared better than Williams with limited snaps. He hits the hole hard and gains 3-4 yards and refuses to go down easily after contact. In addition, his contract ensures he'll be here until 2015 at the least.

Williams may be gone next year but it's not his fault that our line can't fend off 7-8 man boxes.

Are we gonna get rid of Cam too, in that case?

This isnt the only game they have played this season.

Cam has overcome an offense with no real help. His receiving core is average and his backs are average. That's cause he's a star. Our backs are paid like stars and they can't overcome a stiff headwind.

If Williams and Stewart want to stick around for near minimum until we find a stud back, fine. Otherwise, bring in some other utility backs that are willing to play for utility money and figure out how to dump our backs' bloated contracts.

Correct. Its Tolbert all the way. Should be getting way more touches. Then Stew, then D-lo, Then Tolbert in the 4th.
