late hit on Cam was epic performance

It was a late push and a stupid play by the Dolphins regardless, but yeah, Newton sold the hit a little to draw attention to it.

Like another poster said, redemption for the head shot he took from Wake in the first play that wasn't called a personal foul. Good players get the benefit of the doubt, and Cam did in that late hit out of bounds.

He was noticeably woozy after that first hit/no call, and was out of it in the first half. But he hang in long enough/gutted it out for the win.

Especially considering the actual BS that gets called for Brady/Brees....Cam took a harder hit on the first drive than they have taken all year and no flag.

The contact was late for sure, but great sell job.  He has not gotten the calls others get in the past and after they got away with the helmet shot on him and the fair catch interference on Ginn it was clear that the refs may have needed a little help.
