If Brad Nortman doesn't get the gameball, something is wrong with the world.

Has a punter ever been able to take so much credit for a win as Brad can after this one? Miami started out in their endzone time and time and time again in spite of the fact that we were punting from... well... ours.

Dude is the team MVP today. Whoa baby.

I agree.  He keep us in this game with us being in horrible field position all game.

Nortmans the man. Period. I also love Mike Tolbert, the guy just gets it and has been ridiculous for us. Took a paycut to come to Carolina, in limited attempts, just does his thing. I love this team. Wins blowouts, wins trap games, wins tough games against tough opponents after they had bye weeks.

I love the new Riverboat Ron, but c'mon how can we give him a game ball for this game? Other games, sure, but we were out of time outs at the beginning of the second quarter, lost another bad challenge, and the 4th and 10 call is almost obligatory at that point when you're losing with one time out left and just above 2 minutes left on the clock and haven't been getting 3 and outs all day.

    • New information obtained by WBRZ says Lacy was arguing with a family member shortly after 11 p.m. Saturday. He reportedly pulled out a gun and shot it at the ground before leaving the area. About 30 minutes later, a constable spotted Lacy driving and attempted to make a traffic stop. Deputies said Lacy refused to stop and was chased for several miles before crashing. A report from the Harris County Sheriff's Office says that when deputies walked up to Lacy's vehicle to take him into custody, they didn't realize he shot himself during the pursuit and before the crash. The WBRZ Investigative Unit reported that Lacy was set to appear before a grand jury on Monday connected to a fatal crash in Lafourche Parish. He was arrested by Louisiana State Police in December 2024. Troopers said he was speeding and driving across the center line in a no-passing zone on La. 20, causing a wreck that killed 78-year-old Herman Hall. Lacy was arrested and booked for negligent homicide, felony hit and run, and reckless operation of a vehicle. He bonded out less than two hours after being booked.

    • One of my favorite players.  All time. But he isn’t right.  Physically and mentally.  He isn’t playing defense. He isn’t playing offense passing up wide open nets.  Not sure if it’s his knee or his mind but the dude is in major trouble.     svech, we love you. You have the heaviest shot on the team.  Just shoot it.  But if you don’t, you gotta sit because you are killing our momentum.    go be our guy.
