We run package plays with our tight ends, where Cam can audible to either a pass or run on most snaps. Having a good blocking TE for runs and a pass catching TE for passes is what makes that package work best.

Williams very well could be our most complete TE. His problem his he got some TEs in front who are great at something.

 

Hartsock is blocking better than Williams

Olsen i catching better than Williams

Williams might be a slightly better blocker than Olsen.
