RunDMC performing at Panthers-Bucs halftime show

Practice for the stadium crew for the spectacular halftimes we'll get during playoff games. That's gotta' be it!

We were on the field about 10:30 yesterday and noticed some DMC graphics in the stadium and wondered what the hell was going on. Fast forward to 11:15. We were leaving the press box and heard what sounded like RUN DMC hits blasted throughout the stadium. We ran back from the elevator to see DMC rehearsing on the field. We immediately run to the elevator, run to the field and listen to sound check. After he was done we started taking pictures of him as he left the field.

 

 

 

 

 

He saw us and immediately came over to us shaking hands and kicking it with us for a minute. Surely one of the highlights of my day!!

Was looking forward to it and was let down terribly. Classic Rap you had a shot at converting about 2000 white rednecks and failed miserably. All you really had to do was sing Christmas in Hollis.
