Is there anything preventing us from being a Super Bowl team?

We are only guaranteed at least a 7-9 season right now.  Lets see how we do over the next 6 games before proclaiming us a super bowl team.  In addition to other teams, there are still factors like injuries to key players which we have skirted for the most part this year.  Hopefully that continues and Johnson makes it back soon.  Lets make the playoffs first.

C'mon man, let the kids dream. No harm in a fan getting his/her giddy on. As long as the team takes it one game at a time, we fans will have lots of opportunities to dream.

Yeah CJ is our 2nd most important player on our D.

IMO, we have 1 for each level. CJ for the line, Keek for the LBs, and Mitchell for the Secondary. I can live with that.

TBH I am not thinking about a SB appearance and I hope the team is only thinking about Miami.

You are half right. IMO, as long as the team is thinking one game at a time, it is a fans job to dream of the future. Somebody gots to do it.

I believe Seattle's stadium may be what stands between us and the Super Bowl. That will be a tough task if that's how it pans out.

Tough game to be sure. I think this is going to be the rivalry of the next decade. Like Manning and Brady. We now have Cam and Wilson.

No team or stadium scares me.  As some pundits have said, our game travels.

I think we can beat Seattle in Seattle and New Orleans in the dome.  Won't be easy, but if we continue to be efficient and have these long sustained drives and keep playing great defense, we can beat anyone anywhere

"This Team" only knows 1 way to play. All out, ballz to the wallz, pressure your azz, and put a beating on you all the while spanking you into submission type of play.

They gots this.

Guys think about this. How amazing would it be if the cardinals made it to the wild card we win the division and play them and win then play Seattle at Seattle and win and then go on to play NE in the Super Bowl and win. That would probably be the greatest stretch in panther history all in one playoff run.

Exorcise some demons on that run for sure.

The correct answer is no. Any other answer is from scared wusses

Although I do agree with your sentiment. I do also think that there are a few folks out there whose heart is so callused, it will be tough to get them warmed back up. I can see it, I just don't subscribe to it.

My giddy has been if full bloom for over a year. And in my condition, I ain't sure it is healthy for me. A lifetime of waiting for this moment has left me not wanting. The joy is everything I had hoped it would be. Glorious, I tell ya what.

I have proclaimed the future started last year after Cam witnessed Peyton dismantle us. So I have been riding this train for a while now. We've added more cars for your convenience and pleasure. We have barely left the station. Plenty of time to get everybody on board.

P.S. If you want to see what the Panthers would look like in college? Watch MSU this afternoon. Great Defense, strong running game, probably a better right side of O-line, and strong ST. They go as their QB goes. Sound familiar?
