Heavy hearted today

Hate to be a downer, but I just feel the need to talk for a minute.

 

A very good friend of mine was taken off of life support today and passed away. He was in a motorcycle accident last week and suffered a brain injury. I do not know all of the details, but I do know he always wore a helmet. He was on his way to a Toys for Tots bike run when the accident happened.

 

I have been out of the country for the last 3 years, and only got to see hiim once during the 1 week that I was home last year. Tommy was a great man and was loved by many people. He always had a smile on his face and was genuinely a great person. He was only 36 years old.

 

If you are the type to pray, please list one up for his family, and if you are not, that is OK too. Just take the time to let those around, and those you care about know howyou feel, because you never know when they may be taken from you.

No, it was a differnet circle of friends. This was a drinking/pool playing buddy.
