Game grades from monday

i never saw game grades from the patriots game....on hhere or in the observer.

Idk, seemed pretty balanced again but they did what they could to shut down the run. Shula committed to continue testing it which seemed necessary to me.

Offense: A+ Long efficient drives outside of one.

 

Defense: B Held Patriots to 3 points in first half. But looked shaky in the 2nd. Still held Patriots to under 20 points with all their weapons back after a BYE.

 

Special Teams: B They didn't fug up this week! Yay! But they also hurt us on field position more than a few times.

One forced punt / got off the field on 3rd down once ALL game. 

 

Defense gets a C (only for forcing that fumble) 

 

On Monday night our best defense was our offense keeping Brady off the field and limiting his possessions.

defense held tom brady and the patriots to 20 points, didn't allow a single big play, produced two red zone turnovers.

 

offense scored on most of their few possessions, including several clutch drives from deep in panthers territory.

 

special teams didn't make any real mistakes, and an ineffective return game was overshadowed by a clutch kick from gano.

 

rivera and the coaches had the team fired up, focused, and ready to play four quarters of football.
