Yeah I just think these people have some sort of bias in their minds. They will watch luck miss 4 wide open passes and they will watch newton miss 2 wide open passes and then say that luck is more accurate. I just shake my head. It's like they are looking for ways not to praise cam over the other qbs when he is statistically better.

 

Exactly. Hell, Luck put Reggie Wayne on IR because of his inaccuracy which is down right pitiful but even that got swept under the rug.

It's not a slight, just pointing out the obvious that Cam's footwork still gives him trouble at times. Thankfully he continues to make great strides there, so no worries.

Forgive me for never drinking the the so call Cam has inaccuracy issues kool-aid that was/is always being handed out by the media. I find all this so called Cam and his inaccuracy and footwork issues nonsense to be along the lines of the whole so called controversial Pats vs. Panthers game from Monday.

 

If one sits and scrutinize a person, of course you will find a flaw or two. How ridiculous is it to see it any other way. Is that the media's  way of keeping Cam's talent under control? Since when is a couple of bad throws mean a person have accuracy and foot issues. How come when the chosen one, Luck, as well as Colin, RG III and some of the other young QBs having a hardtime connecting with their Receivers isn't seen in the same "accuracy or footwork issues." 

 

Cam's so called  issues are no different than any of the other Vets like Brady, Drew and Peyton. Don't see why it is so hard to accept that reality? Even worst is how comfortable some are at simply drinking the Media's kool-aid when it comes to this young QB.

Kinda unrelated, but anyone else LOVING the struggles RG3 is having and how the media has turned on him after they crowned his ass over Cam last season/offseason?

Yes I love that poo. The media was not giving Cam any credit whatsoever, even when they won the last 5 out of 6 games. Because we were out of the conversation so early last year, it's like everyone forgot about how good Cam is. Fug RGIII. He's not that great.

Cams best throws are his intermediate sideline throws on out patterns. They require mustard, you might as well call him French. He is still off on touch passes (screens, deep posts)

I will add thou, what I find really amusing and it exist right on this site is how so many are willing to jump on and attack Colin and RG III when a tread is started about them but if someone starts a thread about Luck, folks come out in quick defense and praise him or they coyly state their opinion if it's against his preceived " greatness" as if not to offend anyone. Funny but he's no different that Colin or RG III when it comes to the media's hype and his game not much better.

 

Just an observation.

 

Anyway, RG III, Colin, nor Russel were media chosen QBs. I always felt that all three QBs were used to deflect whatever criticism folks were leveling at media in the way they were singling out Cam and picking him apart while demanding that he prove that he belongs in the NFL. It was their way of weakening the argument that those in the sports media are racist and picking on Cam because of his skin color.  It was/is the seeing is believe type of Psychology they enjoy pushing.

Cam was forerunner, he took the brunt of the bs for these guys. Because of Cam, the expectations for RG3, Kaep and Wilson are higher

Its a weird time lapse type thing. Its whoever the top receiver is in the first photo after the catch and turn to run towards the sideline. Under the blue there is a faint yellow line showing his path arcing towards the sideline where he is met by the defender moving towards him. I assume it is Lafell with Ginn going deep in the center.
