So I take it the back to back awards means that we were most likely to never succeed against both the Niners and Patriots, but we did and won the award?  Never say never, the improbable can happen?

Now that we have shown what we are capable of, let us not win anymore of these "oh my gawsh, they actually won!!" accolades.

Same here. Skippy Clueless was the best you could do?

They debate everything. He is an excellent writer and I'm sure he would be able to talk you down to tears or anger. Simply because it's a show with two people debating, some views have to be controversial even if he doesn't agree with them.

The fact he is so controversial to you proves the point. The show is set up to encourage debate and if need be, infuriate some people. If you watch the show for what it is you will come to appreciate it. I'd find it hard to believe your knowledge of the sports world exceeds theirs.

You are exactly correct.....I used to work for ESPN and hot to watch many if the shows in person.

These segments are sort of scripted. They are told which side of the arguement they are to debate.

I do not watch the show but from the occasional video he does not seem like a great debater.  He seems, at least in my experience, to rely too often on straw men, filibustering, and the protection of the host because it is his show.  Apparantly he does not want to debate someone that has a problem with him unless they do it on his show (this is just what I have heard from others, as a non-viewer I could be misinformed here).  That strikes me as someone afriad to play a road game.

They should transport the Mute Button from Around the Horn to his show (and all shows for that matter) so that people can be allowed to make their poin without him shouting and interupting when ever he can.  In fact, political shows and debates would be much improved if that were to happen as well.
