speaking of which does anyone know how Dion Jordan is doing? from what I heard he gets limited time, but he seems to always be making a play when he is on the field

They've continually cut his snaps as he's been completely lost against the run and his pass rush skills don't warrant him being on the field a lot.

Thats................incorrect.

His snaps have gone from 12-15 to consistently 25 range recently. Hes been covering the TE, rushing the passer, playing mike linebacker etc.

The problem is on one side is Cam Wake, on the other is Oliver Vernon who is better against the run (which i disagree with) according to coaches. Coyle is limiting Jordan and I don't know why. He gets pressure or makes a play almost every down he is on the field. I think hes the type that shows up when the whistle blows on sundays. If they would let the fuging guy play more, he'd make it worth they're while.

Kevin Coyle is being dumb with him. Unless the shoulder injury he had isnt fully healed I don't get it. He will get his time in pass rushing situations and roaming around the field. A bit like they did with Cam Wake his first year, and Jason Taylor in the begining of his career...

I'm surprised at the 4.5 point spread, I mean MIA is such a mess with the loss of 2 OL and their D is 24 in rushing and their rushing is 24th...

I'm I missing something?

Hey Dolphins fan here. Mess, not really. The backups came in and did a solid job in Incognito's absence. Average, yes. The OL is very strange imo. They will play solid for the first  3 quarters but horribly in the 4th, where most of the sacks are coming from. Prior to TB game, where we lost our starting 2 OL,  we were averaging 144 yards rushing coming off the bye. What you're missing is the Dolphins are very unpredictable and have been for quite some time. You'll either get a hungry team that will come out and smack you in the mouth early (17-0 halftime week 8 against the Pats) or a team that makes several mistakes (TO's) and can't catch up in the 4th. I'd say the fact that they haven't played a complete game yet could be why.

Has to be why. It seems like he's holding back a lot when going against the LT.

The reach of the draft, IMO

Reach? Maybe, maybe not. Like Phinisher said Jordan isn't 100% thus our defensive coordinator limiting his snaps. When he's in he is constantly getting pressure and our defense looks completely different. Don't think a guy who can cover Antonio Gates and Gronkowski is a reach.

You seem to be confusing reach and bust.  You traded up with Oakland to #3 get this guy that your coach does not feel comfortable playing yet.  Is he a rusher or pass cover guy?  How does he vs. the run?  A bit of a one-trick pony in my opinion, and he probably would have been there without a trade when you picked.   I just hated the pick then, I hate it now.  A reach.

I can't really hate the dolphins, my uncle is a DIE HARD phins fan and I personally pull for every team in Miami save for the Heat(and dolphins when they play the Panthers). However I don't think there is a single position where the Dolphins can claim more talent. This Carolina team is just better in every way but more importantly, they're playing like they EXPECT to win. Weeks 1-4, this team played like they expected to lose, that has completely evaporated. Every team deserves respect and can't be overlooked and I think this current Panthers squad knows that. They know that EVERYTHING accomplished by that NE win will be completely undone if they fall to a team they are "supposed" to beat. I just don't see this current Panthers team dropping this game.

Not incorrect. Until the last game his snap percentage went 38%, 26%, 25%, and 13%. And if you're saying Coyle is limiting him than obviously the coaching staff doesn't see what you see.
