LOL, take it as a compliment... last year and every other year in the last decade there was no reason to stop by.  Back then you fans were gracious and tolerable.  Now that you guys are having a good year and are competitive you have quickly become cocky like you have proven something.  What have you guys done???  Ever???  I just decided to post because well I wanted to.

 

As far as last year are you serious bro.  We were 7 - 9  without a head coach, worst defense in the history of the NFL and you guys still sucked just as bad as we did 7-9.  The difference is that EVERYONE knew that was a fluke year and at least I have some good excuses.....what's yours?

The Saints have been in the league since 1967, and didn't appear in their first Superbowl until 2009. Hell, you didn't make your first playoff appearance until 1987. We made the playoffs in our second year, and the Superbowl in our eighth year. Now get out.

LOL good post.  I hate the Falcons, hate the Bucs especially their coach and i hate the Panthers BUT everytime i have attended a game in Carolina you fans have been really good to us.  Friendly banter back and forth, generally treated much better than Atlanta and TB.  I hope when i go this year it will be the same.  Winning tends to bring out the worst in some.  Congratulations on being relevant.  You all are a good team and I am looking forward to our games this year. 

 

Your color scheme sux tho and as far as your defense.... outstanding but cmon   who would have thought we would even be in the same conversation regarding defenses.  We have a top 5 offense and a top 5 defense..... bring it!!

Personally, I have never experienced a home game in Charlotte or a game in NO, and really I haven't even had much to do with Saints fans period.  I've met about 3 in my life--one was classy, one was a barely breathing blockhead who could only utter "GO SAINTS" with the typical malice of a wannabe thug, and the last was a heavyset woman who kept bitching about your defense last year.

 

I'd call you a good team but good teams have class...Jimmy Graham only has ass, your defense is still more porous than toilet paper against the run, and Payton has the most punchable face in football. 

 

As to relevancy, it ain't been a fun five years, but at least it didn't take us 40 to get there.

 

And what should scare you is that all of this with us is happening with a converted DT as our third-string RG, our starting LG on IR, and our starting FS on IR.  Give us another draft for the oline and wrs and we're gonna be scarier.

 

Ultimately, the Pats are just another victim of the Black and Blue Wrecking Crew, and in two weeks you guys get to experience that for yourself.

Saints org is the classiest off the field and the nastiest on the field.  As far as what you state "should scare me".... should scare you.  Our front four is going to create nightmares for your oline and as far as being porous against the run we just played the 9ers and they are setup just like you girls, we shut em down.  The score was A LOT closer than the game.  I do like koochie though, he is a baller.

Speaking of silence, that is exactly what i expect after the 1st qtr in Carolina when da WHO DATS come to town.  I am liking the confidence though.  All joking aside I wouldnt be here pickin at yall if you all were still sucklin, yall are getting it done.  Still it wont be enough >)

 

DIfference between Carolina and Saints fans though is through all those years we were struggling we still filled up our dome.....

I was at the game. It was a great atmosphere. The Patriots fans were all pretty nice aside from the bandwagon redneck ones that came with mullets and about 5 gallons of cheap beer in them already.

Tom Brady didnt lose that game for them. If I had to pin it on anyone it'd be Ridley or perhaps Arrington - maybe even Bellichick for not going for it on 4 and 1. But, Brady played well. It was a hard fought game barring the leg whip, but even that received apology. I wished it hadn't ended on such a call. And was mildly disappointed in Brady choosing to berate the refs rather then shake some hands.

Wish the Pats fans who came here after the game a good rest of the season, regardless.

I'm guessing you are just trying to be funny with your bringing up the whole bounty thing when EVERYONE now knows it was not based on ANY facts.  So update your information.  We also had the 2nd LEAST amount of penalties during that span of time, 30 OTHER teams were fined/penalized for illegal hits MORE than we were.... further PROOF that we were not trying to hurt anyone outside of the rules of the game.
