Grantland has a bit of freedom to operate outside the ESPN narrative, and although the guy running the show is a pats homer, his football staff is very objective.

Blindly assuming that it "won't last" simply because is a defeatist mindset, thankfully our players aren't insecure like some fans. We've had like half a dozen threads calling for Luke's head, even though we won the damn game. It's like some people are allergic to winning.

Well I was not one of those fans. I was referring to ESPN preference in covering Rex Ryans every dump versus covering teams like the Panthers.We had won 5 in a row but not until we play Brady on MNF do we get coverage from them.
