fug ,Thomas Howard.  He killed an innocent driver because he was being a dumbass.  RIP to the guy that he killed is more like it.

i feel no sympathy for him. having lost people because of stupid poo like that (innocent people killed because someone was drunk and or just too moronic and careless to keep a reasonable speed) makes me livid.

 

RIP? nah. not him. the guy he killed? most definitely. i hate it for his family. i only wish howard had lived so he could get his stupid ass sued for everything he has.

Howard was recklessly disregarding the safety of everyone on that highway, including his own.

No matter his motivation, Howard, wasn't justified in behaving like a homicidal maniac on the freeway.
