Great breakdown of why call was correct

Luke wasn't the only one between Gronk and the ball. The guy who intercepted it was between him and the ball and already moving in that direction. Assuming Gronk could get himself stopped and then launch himself forward, the panther db was already ahead of him and moving towards the ball. Even if Gronk was faster than the DB (And he is not), he would have had to go over the back of the db to get the ball.

From what I can see the idea of the ball being uncatchable could have gone either way...............

If Keuchly wasn't even involved in the play then Gronk would have had to come back and dive low

Regardless.....Good teams win regardless of the calls Payton Manning always stated that..................and most the Pats know that...........so should Brady.

Gronkowski didn't help by just looking at the ball and not having his hands up when on his touchdown catch he was able to muscle his way through 3 players. Gronk didn't give any effort because it was uncatchable. The idea that Gronk would be able to make a play at the ball when there are 2 players in front of him is a NE fairy tale.
