EXCUSES EXCUSES EXCUSES! (Full Breakdown)

I was tired of the excuses and the Media trying to paint the picture that New England had so many injuries , that it would be very hard for then to over come before half time! C'mon... You all saw all the pretty little "convincing" graphics that The Pats were just so decimated by injuries... They did this 3 times before the half... There's no way in hell that I'm the only one that didn't notice this. I was screaming at the TV to show our injuries... Did they? Of course not... Not even once...Lol. What a joke!

Next up, no credit to our defense for beating arguably one of the Best QBs of all time. All this talk about controversy... And I'm gonna be real honest here... I thought immediately of the Buffalo game all over again... Alas, @RiverBoatRon won't nearly get T-boned running a red light regretting this game.

Speaking of controversy, let's hit this issue head on and not beat around the bush... It's EXACTLY the ending that the MEDIA wanted! Their darling Patriots and their darling Tom Brady are "hosed without an explanation" Just GTFO already... Every Panthers fan knows the script! Not only have we beat the 49ers and Pats... Now they wanna see us beat the Saints... Well, they'll see it soon enough! Now let's talk about that "controversial play" we all saw it... Brady short armed it.... Kuechly was all up in Gronks face, but guess what Trent Dilfer, and Steve Young.... Gronk is not a great enough athlete to stop on a dime while sprinting full speed and dive back 5 freakin yards... Unless of course he's Superman... But then we all know that Cam is the only one possible if such a feat! (See career highlight of 3rd down where he makes 8 people miss) the ball was grossly under thrown and that's why it was picked up. Great call... A call that we certainly are not used to getting! So it's about damned time!

Let's talk about Ray Lewis and his inability to analyze... GREAT player, and been a fan my entire life... But he Totally sold out being a defensive player and letting Dilfer "show me your dingleberry dime" talk him into it being a bad call!

Next, Ginn beat the CB to the inside Ray... Not to the outside like you emphatically implied... I also noticed that Steve, Stu, and Dilfer all let that slide since he acked them... More proof of media BS (feel free to move this to the box btw)

What we learned about our squad and fan base tonight... The team has been battle tested. We're not scared of anybody in the League. Can is getting even more swag and getting comfortable constantly pumping up the fans... (I lived this when he was at Auburn, and have been waiting for this) this defense is as good as advertised if not better! Our offense is about to peak at just the right time... And let me tell you something.... Charles Johnson won't be the highest paid Panther in history for long... Can Newton is why we won that game. I understand it's a team game... But this man on 3rd down tonight was just SICK!! Very proud of the young mans poise and killer instinct. I half held my breathe that last drive waiting for a throw to sail over someone's head and get picked off... But it didn't happen, instead he goes back to Ginn on that comeback for the score (the same comeback in the same area of the field that the CB made an exceptional play on before and broke it up... Yes that one) can't say enough about the O-Line and Chandler... Dude went from DT to OT to OG like whoa! We also learned that our fan base can get loud and sound respectably loud during appropriate moments when we have a winning record. I was having flashbacks of 2008 when we win all of our Regular Season home games... We'll be louder the next home game. Just wait and see...

Coaching: coaching staff of the year... Let's address that last drive that many consider maybe "not good enough" let me remind u of a game against the Bears last year where we stayed in Cover 2 the entire last drive and let Chicago beat us. Players were up in arms about how they "couldn't call plays, and had to run what's called" remember that? Okay... Now fast forward to tonight... Blitzes, zone, man, stunts, rushing 3, then 4, then 7... That's GROWTH ladies in gents! That's a staff that has LEARNED from its past mistakes and was willing to risk it!

It's a shame the game ended howit did, but like i said.... I believe it's a story book ending for the Nedia to once again discount us... And you know what? That disrespect is enough of a Chip to get us right where we want to go! When we beat the Saints... And we will beat the Saints... Those players won't care that they're finally getting the recognition that they deserve. They're gonna continue playing the way they have... And that's exactly what they should do. It's that team and this fan base against the world! So bring it on!!!

7-3 and we ain't done yet!

Calls go both ways, some cost drives, some cost points, some cost games. We've certainly been on the other side of a questionable call. The moral of the story is to not put yourself in a position where a blown call can decide your outcome. Carolina was equal to the task tonight and had the lead when it mattered, at 00:00. Also noteworthy, we've beat two straight contenders coming off their bye.

And let's not discount the fact that THIS WIN makes it 2 in a row when it's a game that's decided by 7 points or less... Against not 1 but 2 teams with winning records... Wow... Cause if I were a casual fan, I'd think that Carolina was a team that hasn't played anybody...

This TEAM can only beat itself moving forward. Our time is now!

I read, good rant and agree especially about the media. Many of them try to come off as unbiased but if the roles were reversed the reactions would not be the same. The good news is that this is the NFL and not college football where these dumbass dickbags decide who plays on the field.
