Panthers declared RB Kenjon Barner, CB Drayton Florence, LB Chase Blackburn, WR Tavarres King, WR Marvin McNutt, TE Ben Hartsock, G Chris Scott, and DE Frank Alexander inactive for Week 11 against the Patriots.

Barner is a healthy scratch, as are McNutt and King. Hartsock, the team's blocking tight end, has a knee injury. Florence is battling a groin issue. A.J. Klein will get another start in place of Blackburn on the weak side.
