Be completely objective, explain to me how the Saints are a good matchup for us. Brees has more weapons than al queda and their D is stout as hell. Dont get me wrong, we are a very good team right now. Very good, BUT the Saints are better and it pains me to say it.

 

Dude....the Saints were flat out beat yesterday.  The refs handed them that game with a BS call on the sack/fumble and numerous blatant holds/PI calls that were not called.

Saints fan here and although i appreciate the respect i would like to ask you to pump your breaks lol. We are coming along better than we did at the beginning of the season because our defense who some of you may think is overrated keeps coming through. Complimentary football is dangerous. When your offense and defense is ranked top ten its hard to beat us. Now for you idiots who say we stole that game, if i recall we gave them 17 points off turnovers! We had 3 turnovers and they had 0! Whenever you when the turnover ratio like that and you aren't up by at least 2 scores you deserve to lose! They scored 3 points on their own so i don't wanna hear that poo. fug the whiners!

 

They scored off turnovers....you scored off of cheating refs.

 

Nowhere near the same.

First let me say, I hate the Taints, hate them with a deep passion within my soul. And I would love nothing more than to be wrong. BUT I am being realistic, and as much as it pains me to say this.. The Saints ARE the best tram in the NFL right now and its not even close. Better than the Broncos, Chiefs, Seahawks. Its almost unfair how good they are. I am fully convinced you could blind fold Brees and he would still come out of that game with a passer rating of over 100.

I just dont get it, it seems like everything goes the Saints way. Brees Sacked for a 15 yd loss, 3rd and 25? No problemo, deep 40 yd bomb to Lance Moore and suddenly its 1st and goal. Brees backed up their own 1 yd line? No sweat, 25 yd bomb downfield completed to some WR ive never even heard of. I cant even remember the last time Brees jersey was dirty due to being sacked. Yes they lost to the Jets but that was the exception not the rule.

The bottom line is this, I love the Panthers probably as much if not more than the most die hard fan on here. But im also a realist and quite frankly, when I hear people say "oh the Saints dont scare me, they are very beatable." No, they actually arent. Two weeks ago we heard "they face a lot tougher schedule with the Cowboys and 9ers coming to town." Well the 9ers and Cowboys came and went and the Saints came out on top.

Their offense is miles better than ours and frankly its not even close. Every position from the QB, the O line, to the TE/WR corps just trumps our corps by a wide margin. Their D is plenty good enough.

BS they are the saints and alway will be......dont post opinion and pretend that its a fact and not even close? the fug? they have lost two games to teams that arent as good as us. call me a homor or whatever you want but my opinion is we are the best team in the NFL and we will be playing the broncos in the superbowl. We played the 9ers better and we played AWAY. we had drops, freak blocked punt miscue that was a giveaway etc...... please explain how an unbeatable team has two loses? all it takes is Brees to have a slighlty off day and we crush them. this is the same team we crushed last year just better coached now.

Obviously we swept them last year and IMHO have a better team than them this year, but many people forget we have a winning record all time in that dump. We even almost won during their tainted championship season AND the year after, with Jimmy Clausen!!!!!!!!!!!

The Saints won because the refs were getting paid off by Sean Payton. Brees was sacked cleanly by a hit on the shoulder and then the little b#tch tries to spin around, so now it's around his "neck". That's bullsh#t. Then, the game goes to overtime and the Saints win with 2 seconds left. So, you are saying they can't be beaten? WTF are you talking about? The Panthers will be them at least once, if not twice.
