JUST a chevy... :sosp:

$136,000.00 Yeah, just a Chevy...

Now if they installed a custom high performance engine, drive train, suspension, exhaust system while customizing the exterior and interior, OK, I can see that although I still don't see the point...

I'm not going to read through all of these posts but my question is why would anyone put so much time and money into an ugly-ass car like this?

It can't be performance or handling....high caliber athletes can afford high caliber cars like Porches and Ferraris.....why???

ok..ok... I'm just saying that here in SC I have seen so many of these $800.00 cars with $4000.00 rims and tires stuck on the side of the road with a towel sticking out of the drivers window....I just don't understand anyone that would put so much money into an old car that has no resale value.

 When I was 18 I had a job in a stereo store / record shop and we had an after hours business meeting to introduce that we were picking up Nakimichi cassette players for cars. Yes it was before CD's and they were very high end. My boss started out by saying that the only person that he knew that would put a $1200 stereo in a $400 car was me...

classic chevys trump luxury cars(and many others) IMO, and many other people would say the same. i personally would love to have a 62-64 Impala, a 65 Chevelle, a 67-69 Camaro, or a 55-57 Bel Air. I would not custom them in the "box" manner that TD did though. mine would look close to original with little touches to make it my own. probably would take less, but still a lot, money

EXACTLY!!!! BUT-- Its A 1975 Chevy Capris..... lol lol lol

No REAL Car enthusiast puts that kind of money in a piece of crap Capris.

The 60 models Impala's, Camaros, and Chevelle were amazing cars...

Not that piece of crap...
