Jersey buying - An advice thread

BTW, after buying jerseys with the same results, I bought custom authentic jerseys so I don't have to replace them. Mine says JUMP ZONE with the #24. Contrary to another poster's comments, doing this is not lame. I will never be cut, traded, or injured. If you order a replica you should be good. I ordered an authentic (whatever they are called now) and things were good until I put it on. Both of the shoulder numbers we visible from the front. I sent it back to N FL Shop and made them reposition the numbers so be forewarned if you go with a top shelf jersey. When you get it in, take a picture and share.

All the ones I have purchased are the "authentic" kind. Much to my wife's dismay. But I like the look and feel of the stitched. I just have always bought a player. But fug it I'm tired of jinxing guys.

Get a Thomas Davis jersey.

the story that is behind the name on the back goes far beyond the football field.

Thomas Davis- (verb), to get back up no matter how many times you have been down. Not only get up, but rise higher than you've ever been before.

"Iv'e failed so many times, I don't think I can do it and I want to quit, but I must Thomas Davis"

Dude, that is an excellent suggestion. Holy fug how did I not think of that?

Only problem is when I buy a guys jersey bad poo seems to happen. That's why I'm considering going custom, even if some think its lame.

I'm just worried about ordering the Nike. I have broad shoulders and a wide chest and I don't think the size 52 will fit. That size fits me in the Reebok but I heard these Nike are designed for European shaped dudes.

Yea. I'd recommend going and trying them on first. I'm a pretty "European shaped dude" and it fits me pretty well.

Are you the dude that Josh Norman jumped up to during this year's preseason game?

I have mentioned a time or two that I really tend to jinx a players career when I purchase their authentic jersey. I have an Otah, Peppers, Beason, Delhomme, & Smith. Smith is the only one that didn't implode or leave the team after my purchase. So I am getting ready to buy a new one and I figured instead of jinxing a player, I'd jinx myself. I've never been a big custom jersey guy but this is for the future of our team so I must do it. I'm going to go with the number 95. Now I just need a name to go with it on the back. I'm considering:

KeepPounding

SuckItSaints

StlrFansSuk

WillNotSitDown

Or, I might just order a Hoover 45 since I can't jinx him. I need some ideas.

I would go with:

#45

Will Poop For Food

Or go with He hate Me and always sit next to a fan from the opposition.
