The moves we're seeing lend further credence to the idea that Gettleman wants to build a young offensive line that can grow together in the seasons to come. That's consistent with the philosophy the Giants have used for many years.

Don't know that Bond will necessarily be a big part of that, but that's the goal.

He's has to stay on the 53 for at least 3 weeks, but I believe csx is correct that he doesn't have to be active on game day.
