Playoff Panthers Tickets

Hell, I ain't bitching.

I will GLADLY write that check to see another home playoff game.  There is nothing like it.

Well, except for Game 7 of the Cup when the Canes won....or the SB when we lost.

I will tell you this....if you get any chance to see your team play in the SB, take it.  Save up...2nd mortgage the house...it is an experience well worth it.

I wasn't referring to you just the people complaining about having to spend hundreds of bucks for 2 playoff games.  You and I have spent thousands over the past 5 years to see less than a quality product for much of that.  I know you will be there right along with me if we make the playoffs.  I also agree that if we go to a superbowl again I will be there.

I've been going to almost every home game since 2000, and have never had season tickets or PSLs. I watch Craigslist closely and get my tickets that way. Itis second nature to me at this point to know what a fair deal is and what isn't. I have also lost thousands over the past few years on bad product not because I am a PSL owner but because I am a fan. While itis true this early, people are paying more to secure there spot there, and out of towners....prices have never been this high, not even for past playoff appearances which gives me the impression that one, Charlotte has forgotten how to have a winning team and two, business minded individuals are the ones who own PSLs, not fans. The market has never been so flooded with overpriced panther tickets. I went to Cowboy games in the 90s during their dynasty and even then you'd pay close to face.

You can see now on Craigslist the prices are dropping closer to face. Come Monday they will be below face, I guarantee it. Scalpers are just a hassle in my opinion. Just wait for the 'fans' on Craigslist not wanting to go anymore.

I give kudos to all the PSL owners that are actually fans of the team and would sell for a fair price and sell exclusively to Panther fans, but they must realize this is not normally the case. After years of buying single game on Craigslist I have bought at least half my tickets from opposing teams fans and the others were from business minded people. All PSL owners. Rarley have I bought tickets from a legitimate Panther fan who just couldn't make the game and wanted to sell only to another fan.

I have no problem spending a couple hundred on playoff tickets, no problem at all.

I have never sold my tickets.  If I have extras or am out of town, I give them to family and friends to ensure that ONLY the ass of a die hard Panthers fan graces my seats.

Can't wait until Monday Night....Section 540 will be rocking.

I remember being very excited to buy some extra tickets at face value in 2008 when we won every home game in the regular season.  The prices are high because it is MNF, we have a winning record and are playing the Patriots.  If we win I expect that the remaining games this year will cost as well.  If we lose it might be much easier.  Given we have only had 3 winning seasons in our existence and the economy has been so bad in the past, I can see how you got cheap tickets.

Last game I couldn't go to, I gave them away on this message board instead of selling to an opposing fan.
