All of you Shula haters

You can't expect to score 10 points and win with any frequency.

Seriously? We just played one of the best teams in the league at their place, missed a FG, had two TOs, and 253 dropped passes and you're complaining about scoring enough to win? You do recall us putting up 30+ in the previous four games? This is a ridiculous statement.

After one of his 3rd and short pass plays failed, I said if he calls another he should be fired. Sure enough, very next drive, 3rd and 2 pass play fails yet again.

We have Cam Newton and Mike Tolbert who have both proven they can get any 3rd and short we need them to 9 times out of 10. Yet since ATL Shula has had some obsession with passing on 3rd and 2, and it hasn't worked a single goddamn time that I can think of.

He refuses to learn from his mistakes. You can't expect to score 10 points and win with any frequency.

But this was the 49ers defense and not the Jaguars.  We simply were not going to open up a can of whoop on them on the road.  This game was never going to be anything but a low scoring defensive battle.  The last 4 weeks or so before we scored MORE than enough to win.

That DeAngelo TD run was a thing of beauty; a fake option roll out with Cam and LaFell going one way while he slips the ball to DeAngelo who then goes the other way? The 49ers defense was legitimately faked out of their boots, and even though DWill had to shake a few tackles to score that play sprung him.

We were also producing yardage today, just had a lack of player execution with drops and untimely sacks. Clean up a few mistakes and we could have hung 20 on them.

That is the 3rd or 4th time we went into that formation, with Lafell moving to a HB spot.  Each time, we did something different.  It's those little intricacies throughout the season that gives you a real appreciation for good, creative coaching.

That was really innovative.  I thought that he was going to run the option to Lafell cause they have been setting it up for weeks and the 9ers rolled hard for the keep.  It ended up being a power counter with blockers out front and was a great design.  Yeah it was a bunch of ifs that could have changed how much we won the game by for sure.

HE COACHED THE RECEIVERS TO DROP THE BALL! TRUE STORY!

Lol at the same people who try to fall back on this excuse every time Shula calls a poor game.

OMG WE ONLY SCORED 6 YEAH BUT LAFAIL DROPPED THE BALL THAT TIME IT IS NOT SHULA's FAULT!!

I found their defense completely underwhelming compared to the hype. They did nothing to stop us, our drives stalled on stupid 3rd and short passes. Cam had an inaccurate day and Shula did nothing to compensate for it.

I'm going to be explicitly clear on this point: most of you don't know what the hell you're talking about and have no business making judgment calls about the playcalling. You act like you can magically manufacture receiver separation, good pass protection, wide open running lanes, accurate throws and completed catches instead of wide open drops against one of the league's top defenses. Was it a perfect game? Hell no. But it got the job done and would have been much more successful with better execution.

can someone show me the chart of when critiquing someone turns into hate?

I think Shula has smartly called some great games. I know rodeo and i have been screaming screens for God knows how long and he has listened. Didn't see many yesterday but I can't complain after a road win.
