What do you make of Cam's start?

His start was awful.  But if you go look at the game log, he got a lot better as the game progressed, and in the last couple of drives he was outstanding.  Honestly, I like seeing that more than a game where he starts hot and stays that way.  When he was at Auburn, there was always a sense that come crunch time, he could take over and impose his will on a defense.  I kind of think he's starting to get that attitude in the Pros, and when he does he will become the most dangerous guy in the league.

 

Yea I saw that he went 6 for 8 on third downs in the second half for 68 yards.... after going 1 of 4 on them with an INT in the first half. He was pretty good in the second half... and of course there were drops

He hung in there against a damn good defense full of superstars. Made clutch throws. Can't ask for much more.

These past two drafts have mainly been defensive ones.

Cam needs help at the wide receiver positions.

The offensive line has two defensive linemen trying to fill in. The offense should be the main priority this off season.

I know everyone wants to draft Sammy watkins, but Cam needs receivers with length. So, just give him some time. I mean the guy carried the team the last two seasons.

I'm not really sure about shula's offense either. Because although the defense may be playing well right now. The offense will need to score more then just 7 points against better defenses.

Yeah the stats for last weeks game doesnt show the picture of how he played.  He did a great job last week,  When I see this game I will give my opinion on how he did this week.  But a win is a win specially against a tough defense.

I think my takes on cam are pretty close to objective. When he's bad I say it. When he's good, I nut hug. When he's in between we get threads like this one to talk about it. Last week he wasnt that bad.
