Another player who is quietly getting better is Byron Bell.

 

The secondary needed Mitchell.  What a gem that was.

Maybe someone to groom, but TD has a solid 2-3 years left.  His knees has taken an obvious pounding, but even though he's 30, how many seasons has he actually played?  He's not losing at step and is only becoming better.  If we do draft a linebacker, I really only want a pass rush specialist at this point.

TD is fuging awesome. But he's old. Better to draft his replacement now and let him develop while TD is still good, rather than wait til TD is too old and retires and we have to find someone in desperation.
