Issues with Panthers.com videos.. Help?

I am using an iMac and Safari Browser, but can not get any of the Panthers.com videos to load and play.. It just shows a black screen where the video should be.. Is there a plug in I need? I already have quicktime pre-installed with my OS, so i know that isn't it.. I never get a prompt from the website to download any special flash player to get the video to play... I am stumped with this.. I need some Huddle help of those who have found a work around for this.. Thanks in advance...

I use a MacBook and Safari and have never had an issue.

also try clearing your cookies and restarting safari

it appears as though Panthers.com is the only website I am unable to play video from.. ESPN, YouTube, NFL, Facebook, etc are all able to play perfect on my computer.. Panthers.com is the only website that will not play the videos.. Although I can get the videos to play using the Panthers app on my phone, but I would like to watch on my computer sometimes.. This sucks!!

It does it to my MAC too, I just hit refresh and it usually loads.

Damn, yea the typical refresh is of no solution on my system... Guess I will just stay off the website on the computer and only use the phone to catch the videos they put out..
