• Talked about the guys in the locker room being a close-knit group [when asked about the Dolphin situation].
• Talked about how the vibe around Charlotte has changed; is happy to give fans high fives on the street.  
• Says it brings a smile to his face to get a shout while walking down the street.
• Talked about how the "winning" attitude hasn't been here in Charlotte in a long, long time; trying to bring it back.
• Says everyone is staying humble.  One game at a time.

Overall, it was a pretty solid interview as far as "player speak" goes.  By Hardy standards, I expected him to declare a Superbowl win.
