I got trolled the first time I talked about console vs PC back in like 1999. Now it's just something to make a little time go by.

Or to laugh at PSC's insecurities over such decisions as a gaming rig.

yeah, i probably couldn't be more secure in my choice for a gaming rig

but i don't need colored buttons to know which QTE to activate

Here's what I don't get about these "PC" players weighing in here...why do you give a flying fug?  Look I've got a PC that will play just about anything on high settings.  So what?  Keep your PC and constant upgrading of video cards.  I'm fine with even the 360 right now.  A game is a game.  Who gives a fug how pretty it looks?  Not me.  The only games I play on PC are games like Civilization...where a keyboard and mouse do matter.  fug everything else.

Don't let it bother you =)

The PC gamers around here love to take shots and point out the superiority of PC gaming.  Sure, it looks better, and has a better ecosystem.  But I do have a question for them:  why doesn't everyone game on a PC then?  The fact is, most people who like to play games don't use a PC.  Strangely enough, they use consoles and mobile devices (that's where the next gen games are really going to be), and I think the PC gamers resent that, hence the sheep comments, derps, ect.

Maybe Steamboxes will change that...well until you force a laymen to upgrade a video card!  I think that's why PC gaming has always been, not a niche, but a larger than a niche segment of gaming in general.  PC gamers, nerds, geeks, ect like many of us have no problem diving into a PC to swap and upgrade parts.  We aren't a majority of people.  Easy is good, hence why a lot of people are doing mobile and there is still a market place for console gaming.
