Thanks for the verification, I knew I was close, just forgot how important common games were.

It all comes down to the records when we go to...that building.

We go to 9ers, home with Pats, go to Miami, and home with sux, before we go there. Daunting to start, but we have a chance to rebuild some momentum if we cannot sweep the first two. We could come out of that with an 8-4 record.

They play dallas and the 9ers at home, then atl and Sea. on the road, then come home to play us. That my friend is one tough stretch. They could still come out of that at 9-3, or 8-4 and even with us.

We spank them so thoroughly, that when they visit us in 2 weeks, they have not yet recovered. We would be leading the Division. And effectively vanquished another foe.

 

 

Rooting for Dallas makes me feel icky :(

Under normal circumstance, I would agree with this sentiment. Unfortunately, these are the times that try a mans soul, and we need all hands on deck. They have dal, 9ers, atl, and sea. coming up. Gonna' be lots of teams we have to pull for.

When I was growing up, my dad was the only dal. fan in Mich. So the animosity towards dal., and the dad, runs deep for me.

 

 

I don't get why people hate the Cowboys so much.

They are just another team to me.

Your age, or lack there of, is showing.

They should have turned in the badge of "America's Team" a long time ago. They haven't been relevant for what? 25 years?

Even if you live in Tex., Fug em', fug em' all. And if you don't live in Tex., grow a set, and root for your localest team.

That said. They were pretty dominant for one hell of a run. Meredith, Staubach, Aikman, throw in Morton and White, and Romo. That is pretty good luck with the QB position. fug em' anyway.

We need them to lose to Dallas and then beat San fran(assuming we beat San Fran) we will be tied for the division lead but if we can overtake the west for two wild card spots we are in good shop.
