Was this the loudest BofA Stadium has been all season?

If we beat San Francisco next week you can bank on this stadium rocking on Monday night.  It is pretty loud usually as many fans have had hours to get plowed. Should be lots of fun.

True,,,,but rest assured that we will have the infestation of northern carpet baggers wearing pats gear and forgetting to use the letter "R".

Having opposing fans like that can actually help sometimes. I had a blast going back and forth with some Saint fans last year. I think having other fans talking junk and getting involved motivates our fans to get into it more and louder.

I really did not pay attention to the noise.  I was just having a good time and doing my part to yell and scream. I think that the signs and the players saying get up and make some noise are helping create a louder stadium.  When Thomas Davis was shown on the screen people really responded.

As many of already said in this thread... I thought the Rams game was louder and there was more energy in the stadium throughout the game from start to finish.  While I great enjoyed yesterday, as well, I was a bit surprised yet again at the number of empty seats.

That all being said.... LOVING the announcements throughout the game by players to stand up and cheer!!  They need to continue to that more and more.... it gets the stadium going and also give people like me something else simple to say to those around me when getting complaints that we are just listening and doing what the players just asked and want.    :money:

I couldn't make it to North Carolina for the game, but on TV it sounded louder yesterday than it has all season.

I was waiting for the announcers to make mention of the noise, but they never did, so maybe I'm mistaken.

For those who were in attendance... was this the loudest it has been all year?  Possibly a great sign of things to come fan/noise-wise?

tbh it was somewhat of a boring game. there was never any question that we were controlling it.

However, on Luke's early pick, Drayton's pick 6, and when CJ finally put Matty in the dirt it got pretty durn loud!

The fans after the game were extremely excited walking down the ramps. Chants and cheers lasted at least an hour after the final play. Watching the falcons fans do the walk of shame was hilarious.

The pats game is going to be a great moment in BoA history!

Agree with all this.

I think Hardy made a tackle for a loss on 2nd down and then immediately was on the big screen asking for noise on 3rd down.

I would say 80% full? Are we even going to fill the stadium for MNF?

Anyway Rams game was louder but it wasn't bad. As usual the first 5 rows of my section would not stand or cheer under any circumstance.

548 was fuging rocking! Also, had half a row of Falcons fans in front of me. Having all of us give them an earful until they left just before the 4th was hilarious.

There were times the stadium got quiet. It's just that we don't have good "fan stamina", for lack of a better term. It can and should be better. Also, I think half the Falcons fans were sitting in sections 546-550, because the sea of red between the end of the 3rd and midway point of the 4th was crazy. And, of course, we were loudly telling them goodbye. Had a few guys who were walking them down and saying "right this way, I'll show you out".

One hot chick in an Atlanta shirt got hit on a lot as she was leaving with her friend, and I think the best thing I heard somebody say to her as she left was "Sweety, I'm sorry you had to watch your team get stomped. You're far too pretty to be a Falcons fan."

Meanest thing I heard from a Falcons fan was a middle aged-woman who, after getting poo talked by a lady directly in front of me for over half the game, left at the end of the 3rd and said "I feel sorry for your children and grandchildren". Thought that was about to cause a cat-fight. Sorta sad that it didn't.

Good game. As stated already, the pick 6 caused the place to erupt, as did Cam's CRAZY escape from a sack and deep throw. I think fans were going nuts over that Cam bootleg pass to Olsen because we were BEGGING for Ron to go for it. And when it worked, there were a few people saying "YOU GO RIVERBOAT!". Loved it.
