That was an awesome interview and Cam is on the right path to becoming a mature young man.  He's still the student and is still a sponge but he now understands what needs to be done, on and off the field.  The next step will be when he starts directing this stuff.  When he becomes not just a player and a team mate but a coach as well.

 

Rankless and tagless is the best way to be right now and modesty will always help Cam be a better leader but he starts holding other players accountable and the players respects that and adhere to it then he will have arrived.  The best in the league run the show.  Cam is still learning how to do that but he's not far off.  Abotu 2 years from now and we'll have a 8-10 year window to collect Superbowls.
