I am I guess. It just struck me as odd that the owner of the team would think texting Martin was some kind of serious attempt to get in touch with him.

I do find it difficult to imagine an offensive lineman getting bullied, even by other olinemen.  When I was in school, they were the ones doing the bullying.

 I doubt the owner is a texter, but poll the average 24 year old on how he prefers to be contacted.

I don't doubt that. However, the average 24 year old has poo for inter-personal skills because of these recent "advances" in communication.

 

I'm not trying to argue with you, I just don't see it as a convincing way to reach out to someone with sincerity.

Yeah. This English gent in his 50's I work with still sends handwritten notes on stationary to all new contacts. It's a lost art
