 Tony Dungy appeared on the "Dan Patrick Show" Monday morning and said that the Colts had Incognito on their "DNDC" draft list (do not draft due to character, Dungy explains) in 2005 when Incognito was coming out because of character concerns. I guess it's just the culture. Especially lineman. Always the biggest guys in the room and no one tries to mess with them. But at somepoint you have to stick up for yourself.

he did stick up for himself. that's how all this came out. he decided it was enough and is doing something now that is far more damaging to incognito than an ass whipping and can do some damage to the organization that allowed it to continue.

Anyone that blames Jonathan Martin in this needs to look in the mirror and think about their priorities. Think about their morals. The tough guy act only goes so far. At some point we all deserve to be treated as human beings and we shouldn't have to fight our way out of trouble.

 

I don't consider this a racism issue but it is a hate issue. Some day Incognito is going to raise a little bully, he's going to retire and coach high school football and teach generation after generation how to bully. Those kids will take it out on our children, nieces, and nephews. And their children will take it out on our grandchildren. It's not right fug this tough guy man code bs.
