Is it me or did the line start blocking better with Scott out?

I was pissed that he didn't get his fat ass off the field and got us charged with a timeout.  He walked off fine and the timeout could have been crucial at the time.

Nate Chandler was the one who replaced Scott, because Byers went out almost immediately after he subbed in with an ankle injury.

Nah Bell is our worst lineman.  Scott is allowed to suck, he's supposed to be a backup. Sadly Bell is our starter.

 

I think the Oline played alot better when Corey Peters got off the field, I don't think it had much to do with Scott.

Glad someone started a post like this.  I almost started a Nate Chandler thread just to mention that from what I could see, he looked to be making recognizing the right block to make & then making it.  He was getting to the 2nd level & overall I was impressed.  I hope they leave him in there if Scott is healthy or not.  He's more athletic than Scott.  Just a cursory assessment, of course.

We are asking a lot of Chandler.  He was a DT, then a LT, now a RG.  All within the past 10 months.
