I know Ginn brings a lot to the table on punt returns, but I'm thinking it might be a good idea to take him out of that role. He has become an asset in our passing game, which is much more valuable going forward, especially with the limited options we have at receiver (aging Smith/inconsistent Lafell).

If the Panthers lose cleanly without a stupid mistake and just get outplayed but not outcoached and not blown out, I will be much less more optimistic for the rest of the season. I'll still be pissed and pessimistic though.

I think the key to this game is Defense and no mistakes on offense. If the Niners run well on us it will be a long day. We need our line to win the battle and Kuechly to come free to stuff Gore.
