Please No Psyco-Analysis of Cam's Game. Panthers won!

@Lloyd Christmas The second INT wasn't a bad throw at all. That play was a clear corner end zone throw that Smith gave up on (and the DB didn't). Lol. I saw that as I watched the play. Smith also had one up the middle sail threw his hands, and Lafell should have caught that ball off his finger tips deeper down the side line. Yeah, Cam made some overthrows (who doesn't), but the offense was out of sync sometimes to. But it happens/who cares? Just win in San Fran next week.

What I find so funny about the endless Cam critique are those who seiously believe their desire to find fault with him is a good thing. But it seems more inline with their own pessimistic attitude.

Guess what...The average ints in most of the games today was 2. Cam is playing as good as the other qbs. I don't get why some of you simply hate your QB so much. A QB who is taking this team to places they haven't seen since 2008. And please don't tell me it's the defense because the defense didn't put up 34 points.

Bold ;)

It was still a bad decision because obviously Smith was beaten on that route (hence the reason he gave up) and it took guaranteed points off the board. I am not one of the "Cam sucks" pro-claimers,  but this was not one of Cam's better games. However, we still won. That says a lot about our overall team, IMO.

@LloydChristmas It was a timing pattern. Many times you can't even see the receiver, you just expect him to be there. It was a win. Next week will be interesting.

I think next week's game vs. SF may be the most hyped of the upcoming week. Two dominate defenses. Two young, dynamic QB's. Two solid running games. West coast vs. east coast. I'm getting horny.

Well, after hearing RR's post-game presser, I feel somewhat vindicated.  While the attempted pass to Ginn may not have been into double coverage per se, RR says it was indeed a bad throw (on the replay, Ginn was not open - had one guy all over him, and another coming up fast under a lofted ball just a couple steps away).  Furthermore, numerous balls sailed, and the first half was not close to what it should/could have been for Cam and all around, which is all I was originally trying to say.  If we come out like that against SF next week and NE Monday a week later (now that Brady looks better....today anyway) we'll get into serious trouble early.  RR clearly was not happy with our first half performance.

The positive side is that adjustments were made and the faith was kept.  That said, I'm still shaking my head over multiple attempted third down conversion attmepts via fairly deep balls when we have the human bowling ball, and Cam for that matter.

Actually, this gives me more encouragement than anything else. Cam didn't have to be perfect, or nearly so, for a blowout win.

TEAMS are awesome no?

This. The fact that we blew out a divisional opponent despite multiple turnovers is encouraging more so than anything.

Any of you guys feeding me a ration of poo want to justify many of the same mistakes I pointed out last week and were reinforced by RR?  Unless Cam pulls off a second half miracle, I stand by what I said.  He is not making third year QB decisions.  Drops, catchable balls or not, his play so far v SFO is embarrassing.

Instead of watching the game, you just couldn't wait to bump this thread huh? Obvious troll is obvious. Go play in traffic.
