When was he ever immature?

A sore loser, sure, what kind of elite athlete wouldn't be? A bit of a show off at times? Ok.

But immature? Name one instance in the NFL, on or off the field, that he has had an issue with maturity or ego.

I am so sick of hearing this poo.

Maybe you should argue with him about it. He seems to think differently.
