This is unacceptable

The cats are a bad team, 20-25 wins. This is the NBA, you need a superstar level player to be competetive. The only way a small market team gets one is the draft. Otherwise your looking at a 7th/8th seed max with no playoff series wins.

To add on to that the bobcats have had bad luck in the draft lottery and made bad selections after having the bad luck. Unless they get a superstar level player, no matter how they build the team the max upside is an 7th/8th seed and a sweeping by either the heat or bulls.

    • If we don't switch it up and start playing full court pressure D we're just going to have to shoot lights out and have the other team have an off night to have a chance against top teams. We've trailed by 20 in three of our four games and ended up getting back in them by picking up the pressure. This team has to pressure and create pace because we don't have the post presence to play half court ball on either side of the court.
    • Would love to see us sign him to say a 4 year extension structured in a way that pays him most of the money in the first two years with an out after the 2. It protects us to injuries or penalty issues, it gives him a lot of money, and it also gives him an ability to renegotiate in 2 years if he plays at a high level, and if he does, we'd be happy to pay it to him again.
    • Naaaa all Bryce haters stay on your side. We good.
