You can do either. It is 25 in that lid. But, you can park for 5-10 a few blocks away.

I'm going to the game tomorrow with my new lady friend. Is their a carolina huddle tailgate area, or one for people who don't know anyone in Charlotte?

We will be in the lot on the corner of Tryon and 3rd....down towards the Church street end. Just walk through the lot yelling Madhatter....I will find you.

Exciting news!  The ticket I was offered was still available so I will be in attendance.  I feel like I have known many of you longer than I've had children, so do me a favor and don't shun my man-hugs.

 

I will be sporting the black Newton jersey and drinking something.

I got tickets as of a few minutes ago. How is Section 548 row 7? Never sat in the uppers, let alone a corner section. Every pic I find is like, midway/top of the section, so I can't get a good feel for what it'll be like. Yay ticket exchange.

A few do...JT and I will because we are bringing tables and stuff. You can find much cheaper than 25 just a couple if blocks away. Must park a few blocks away and walk.

i love 548. being in the corner has the obvious advantage of seeing close-ups of endzone action on your side of the field and disadvantage of a bad view of the other side of the field... but that high up you'll see everything just fine so it doesn't matter.

 

that corner also affords you the charlotte skyline, which makes it one of the best in the house IMHO.

 

i'm scalping tix on the streets tomorrow morning to see what i can find, so i'm hoping i can land something in 548-544 for a decent price.

Those will be good seats. All sections have a good view and tie 7 is low.

Will do. Plan on parking somewhere down that end anyway. Pretty sure last game I went to (2010 UNC/Pitt bowl game), we parked down about 5 blocks past where the tailgate is for $5. Looking for that again.
