Regarding the Falcons game and the playoff picture

Recommended Posts

Personally I think that is irrelevant because the Niners have their bye. You guys are flying under the radar. The Niners are looking at NO and Seattle as road blocks. You guys own the number 1 rushing defense and they are a run dominated offense, strength vs strength.. The question is how your secondary will hold up against Vernon Davis and Anquan Boldin. Is your secondary good enough you can put 8 or nine in a box to stop Gore and Kaep?

With our front four we can shut down Gore with seven or less. Power backs ala lynch don't scare me. Speed fairs better against our front.

Do u realize the strenght of ur offense team is ur QB. The teams u're talking about either have great Receivers or the QB who is a Vet.

I know u folks want to be SB bound like yesterday, but is there a realm of reality u folks dwell in or u expect ur QB to do it all by himself?

Are you talking about the Panthers or the Seahawks? If you're talking Panthers perhaps you should watch some games. Cam doing less has equaled a three game dominating win streak. Bad teams or not winning three games in a row by an avg of 19.33 is pretty impressive.

I hope so.. The only thing your offense needs is a true number 1 receiver. I am neither a fan or enemy of your team. I like Steve Smith and I hate the Saints and your team is the only team that can beat them; I also love a dominating defense. Ginn is playing well but is he a true number 1? The Seahawks didn't respect the Panther receiving core and put 8 in a box to stop Williams and Newton, It was successful. Hopefully you can tell me why and defense should respect the Panther passing game?? (Not being a troll, just not knowledgeable enough to answer question).

Using the talent we do have better recently. I.e. shorter routes , more dump offs to rbs. I would LOVE Josh Gordon. Smith is still very good but would be much better in the slot at this point.

If we can get through the Falcons and 49ers, that will give us the momentum to make it to the post-season whether it be winning the division or a wildcard.

You never know what may happen and I'm not necessarily crowning the Saints at the midway point.

If we want to be contenders, let's beat the Falcons and the bloody piss outta the 49ers.  If we somehow go 2-1 or better in the next 3, we are prime to get something special rolling.
