A CB who has given up a total of 1 TD in the last 23 games is above average for me. Our scheme allows for WR's to get the ball, so you can't really hold completion percentage against him. He's a scrappy, opportunistic defender who isn't afraid to hit.

 

Other than measurables I don't know what there isn't to like about him.
